Manage your Support Portal account from the Profile page.

How to display the Profile page

You must be logged in to display your Profile page.

To display the Profile page, click your name on the main menu.

The Profile page

The Profile page displays account information and Unsolved/Solved status on your tickets.

From the Profile page, you can:
  • Update your Support Portal profile details
  • Change your Support Portal password

Update profile

To update your Support Portal profile, click Edit profile.

You can edit every field except two fields that are created when you register the account:
  • Email
  • User name

The Company name field is for information only. It is not related to your organization membership, which is set up by Napatech Support. See Organization Membership for more information.

Note: The Forum comment notification check box is not currently used.

Change password

To change your Support Portal password, click Change password.
