Link-Security™ Software Demo 1

This demonstrates TCP offloading onto the DPU.

Make sure that you have:

Installed a DPU in a server. See Installing a DPU.
Programmed the DPU with an appropriate FPGA image. See Link-Security™ Software FPGA Images.
Compiled and installed Link-Security™ Software on the SoC. See Installing Link-Security™ Software on the DPU.
Configured the SoC. See Configuring the SoC.
Configured the test server. See Configuring the Test Server.

In this demo, traffic is not encrypted, and reverse-proxying is performed on the DPU.

Note: The following prompt is used to indicate which part of the system to run the provided commands on.

test#: The server where the test script is executed.

Run the test script.

For example:

where:

--proxy soc: Run reverse-proxying on the SoC.
--deploy-run: Deploy network/services and run workload.
-c 2000: 2000 connections that the wrk tool uses.

This command deploys network infrastructure and run the wrk tool.
