Run the tool as administrator with the --help parameter to get an overview of the modes of operation and the different arguments:
$ imgctrl --help
When run with --help, the tool does not require elevated privileges. This mode also enables you to see the version of the tool.
Imgctrl alerts the user if insufficient privileges to operate are detected.
Note: Imgctrl creates a log file during installation to keep a log of
all Imgctrl sessions since the time of installation of the actual
release. It might be useful to the Napatech Support team in order to debug
Imgctrl customer support issues. Any Imgctrl
session displays the actual version of Imgctrl along with a reference
to the log file location. Please note the log file location in case the log file must be
forwarded to the Napatech Support team.
