PTP UTC offset from reference
The PtpUtcOffsetFromReference parameter specifies the UTC offset from the reference in seconds. This offset is only used if the PTP master does not provide a valid UTC offset value.
ntservice.ini code line
The syntax for the ntservice.ini code line specifying the PTP UTC offset from reference is:
'PtpUtcOffsetFromReference' '=' ( '–32767' | '–32766' | '–32765' | ... | '0' | '1' | '2' | ... | '32767' )
