This return information applies to all Napatech SmartNIC products.

Warranty

Napatech offers standard 18 months of warranty from the date of delivery (ex works), unless otherwise agreed. The warranty period can be prolonged with additional 12 or 24 months for selected products by ordering extended warranty or up to five (5) years by ordering premium warranty. Please refer to the current price list for options and availability.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

DOAs must be reported within one month after the date of delivery. DOAs reset the warranty period and are repaired, replaced or refunded.

Advance Replacement Service

Napatech offers a free-of-charge advance replacement service which is applicable for the total warranty period of a product.

The service can be requested by placing an order for a replacement product and referencing the RMA number to ntorder@napatech.com. The replacement product is invoiced and delivered within 3 working days (ex works).

Napatech is not committed to fulfill this service, if no products are available.

In case the RMA product is subject to a replacement or refunding, the RMA product will be credited within 30 days. Otherwise the repaired product will be returned.

Out-of-Warranty Repair

Napatech offers out-of-warranty repair for selected products throughout the product life cycle. Please refer to the current price list for options and availability.
