Information to report

In order to obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions, please send an e-mail to ntsupport@napatech.com containing the following information:
  • Product name, e.g. NT80E3-2-PTP or NT200A01
  • Serial number
  • Brief error description including any error messages provided by the system and/or software
  • Information as to whether the product was received defective DOA or is a field return, i.e. damaged when shipped, installed or in operation at a customer site
  • Output from the supportinfo tool, or logs, especially for field returns
  • Return ship-to address
  • Contact name and details, and phone number

Alternatively, register the above information directly in the Napatech Support Portal at supportportal.napatech.com.
