This document applies to all Napatech SmartNIC and IPU products and describes the process for returning a product to Napatech following a return material authorization (RMA).
Provided that the product is under warranty, Napatech will issue an RMA, which is a written confirmation that the buyer can return the product for replacement or repair (as applicable).
