This section describes how to specify PTP UTC offset from reference.

PTP UTC offset from reference

The PtpUtcOffsetFromReference parameter specifies the UTC offset from the reference in seconds. This offset is only used if the PTP master does not provide a valid UTC offset value.

ntservice.ini code line

The syntax for the ntservice.ini code line specifying the PTP UTC offset from reference is:

'PtpUtcOffsetFromReference' '=' ( '–32767' | '–32766' |
 '–32765' | ... | '0' | '1' |  '2' | ... | '32767' )

Example:

PtpUtcOffsetFromReference=3
