Submit a ticket online using the Support Portal. Use this method if you need to attach large files.

How to submit a ticket on the Support Portal

Log in to the Support Portal.

From the toolbar, click Submit ticket.

Fill in the required fields (marked with a red asterisk). For the purposes of the other fields, see Ticket Fields for more information.

Click Attach file if you want to attach files to the ticket. The total size of attached files must be less than 200 MB.

Click Submit to submit the ticket.

You will receive an email from Napatech Support, confirming that a ticket has been created.
