You can view and update all your tickets using the Support Portal.

How to view and update a ticket on the Support Portal

Log in to view and update a ticket on the Support Portal.

On the home page, click View tickets.

A list of your open tickets is displayed. Click the filter buttons to change ticket filter criteria.

Click anywhere on a ticket line to display ticket details.

From the ticket details page, you can reply to the ticket or close the ticket.

Click Reply to open an editor field for your reply. You can attach files to your reply, using Attach file. Click Submit to submit your reply.

If you want to close the ticket, click Close ticket.
Note: The ticket is closed immediately when you click Close ticket.
