Steps

To perform troubleshooting in case of problems:

  1. Activate #define NAPATECH_DEBUG and #define NAPATECH_CALL_TRACE in the pcap-napatech-intl.h file.
  2. Reinstall the Napatech libpcap.
  3. Look in syslog for the debug output.
