SmartNIC not detected

If the SmartNIC is not listed, the SmartNIC is not physically connected or the SmartNIC is defective.

Warning: Please power off the server before handling anything inside the server to avoid any damage.

Try to reinstall the SmartNIC properly into the PCI slot, or install the SmartNIC in another slot or in another server in order to verify whether the SmartNIC is defective or not.
