About this task

To perform troubleshooting in case of problems:

Procedure

  1. Refer to DN-0737, to the Napatech Support Center (see The Napatech Support Center), to the Napatech Documentation Portal (see docs.napatech.com) and to the release notes (see Release notes) for help and more information.
  2. If you cannot find a solution to your problem:
    1. Use the ntlog and supportinfo tools (see DN-0449) to collect status information for debugging purposes.
    2. For Linux drivers, use the dmesg command to collect any additional error messages from the driver.
    3. Contact the Napatech Support team via ntsupport@napatech.com or create a ticket at support.napatech.com (the Napatech Support Center). Include your code snippet, the output file from the supportinfo tool, and output from the dmesg command (only for Linux) or the Event Viewer log file (only for Windows).
