Use ticket reports to get an overview of all tickets, filtered by duration since creation date, and by one other ticket field.

The Report page

Ticket reports are available from the Report page.

From the account menu (click your name on the toolbar), select Report to open the Report page.

Ticket reports

The following ticket reports are available:
  • Ticket by status: Select a duration and a ticket status.
  • Tickets by priority: Select a duration and a priority.
  • Ticket by type: Select a duration and a ticket type.
  • Ticket by owner: Select a duration and a ticket owner, the Napatech Support staff member assigned to the tickets.
  • Ticket by client: Select a duration and yourself to see all tickets you have submitted.
  • Ticket by organization: This report is available if you have been recognized as member of an organization. Select a duration to see tickets from all members of your organization.

Style Conventions

Bold typeface is used for names of, for instance, user interface elements and software components.

Italic typeface is used for replaceable text.

Monospaced typeface is used for code, commands and file names.
