You can submit a ticket to Napatech Support by email.

How to submit a ticket using email

Send an email with your support request to ntsupport@napatech.com. Include a brief description of the issue in the email Subject, and provide more detail in the email body.

You will receive an email from Napatech Support, confirming that a ticket has been created.

If you want to include more information about the nature of your support request, or if you need to attach large files (total size larger than 35 MB), submit the ticket using the Support Portal. See Submitting a Ticket Using the Support Portal for more information.
