Submit a ticket as the first step in requesting help from Napatech Support.
Support Portal account
To submit or update tickets, you must have a Support Portal account with a verified email address. See Registering for a Support Portal Account for more information.
How to submit a ticket
You can submit a ticket in two ways:
- Log in to the Support Portal and click Submit ticket from the toolbar.
- Send an email to ntsupport@napatech.com who will create a ticket on your behalf.
